The order has been placed in partnership with CWS Engineering, who are developing the new recycling facility. ![CWM-RRF-2](https://blog.rep-tec.co.uk/hs-fs/hubfs/CWM-RRF-2.jpg?width=1024&height=552&name=CWM-RRF-2.jpg) The new RRF is being built in place of CWM Environmental’s former Materials Recycling Facility (MRF) at Nantycaws. The new facility is set to become a state-of-the-art hub for recycling in Carmarthenshire and South West Wales, with the capacity to process up to 80,000 tonnes of materials per year from both domestic and commercial sources. REP-TEC’s Goliath balers were selected for their energy efficiency, cost to bale, robust design and high compaction force - making them ideal for high-throughput facilities like the Nantycaws RRF. The balers will be installed and commissioned by the REP-TEC team where we have begun the manufacturing stage at our headquarters in Dungannon, N. They’re a trusted partner whose equipment delivers the performance and sustainability our customers demand in today’s competitive and environmentally focused market.”**   **HELPING POWER A SMARTER, GREENER FUTURE** The Nantycaws RRF is designed to process both co-mingled dry mixed recyclables and segregated waste streams, supporting new Workplace Recycling Laws and wider zero landfill goals. Our Twin Ram Goliath balers will play a critical role in compacting the recyclable materials into high-density bales ready for resale or further recycling. > **“With our focus on energy-efficiency products, we’re proud to support a project that is the cornerstone of CWM’s broader environmental goals.”** said **Mark Doherty, Sales Director at REP-TEC**. **“Our Twin Ram Goliath balers are designed to reduce the cost to bale while delivering up to 30% energy savings through our ECO-DRIVE technology.
